Brod & Taylor Folding Bread Proofer & Slow Cooker

Bake better bread with the Brod & Taylor folding bread proofer. It creates a warm, humid environment that helps dough to rise reliably. A good rise is the secret to light and airy loaves. It also deepens the flavour of your loaf.

The proofer is large enough for mixing bowls and several hand-shaped loaves. When not in use, it folds flat for space-saving storage. Keep it in a drawer or cupboard for your next baking marathon.

The Brod & Taylor bread proofer is incredibly easy to use. Set the temperature, add the water tray and set your dough inside. It takes the guesswork out of home baking. Use it whenever youre baking sourdough or sandwich loaves. You can also prove dough for bagels, brioche and croissants. Have a peek through the window in the lid to see how your dough is doing.

Not just for baking, the proofer can also be used as a slow cooker. Simply place your pot inside, because of the low temperatures, steel pots are recommended over cast iron for slow cooking.

The stable temperature is ideal for melting chocolate and making yoghurt. You can also use it to ferment kombucha and kefir.

This multi-tasking bread proofer is designed for home bakers. Youll wonder how you ever proved dough without it. The clever design means you can fold it away when not in use.

The Brod & Taylor folding proofer comes with a three year warranty.
