2.5kW. Flat base, ribbed top. Width: 430mm.With its rapid heat-up and generously-sized enamelled cast iron grilling surface, the Buffalo extra large contact grill with ribbed top plate is a powerful and reliable addition to professional kitchens. Perfectly designed to produce great tasting food, the grill features accurate dial temperature control and a programmable digital timer, so you’ll always get consistent results, whether you’re making traditional breakfasts or tempting takeaway snacks.

The counter-balanced cast iron top grill plate maximises contact between the heat and the food. This not only ensures a consistent cook – it also speeds up cooking to help keep queues down. And thanks to the ribbed design of the top plate, attractive just-grilled branding lines are cooked in – great for adding a premium touch to your takeaway snacks. In addition, as the plates are enamelled cast iron, they retain heat for longer, meaning that recovery times are reduced – so that’s less time waiting for cooking temperatures to be reached.

The grill also includes a built-in removable drip tray, helping to keep the grill surface clean and contaminant-free – essential for maintaining the quality of cooked food. The drip tray also makes the grill considerably easier to clean – simply remove, empty and place in the dishwasher.
