Introducing the Thermal-Grip Flat Washer, an innovative solution meticulously designed for superior performance in air barrier systems. Boasting a substantial 2″ diameter, this washer is engineered to provide unparalleled support and stability for your roofing insulation materials. Made in the USA and showcasing a commitment to excellence and innovation, the Thermal-Grip Flat Washer is both patented and/or patent pending, reflecting its unique design and effectiveness in roofing applications.

Key Features:

• Optimized for Air Barrier Systems: Specially tested for use in air barrier systems, the Thermal-Grip Flat Washer ensures compatibility and performance, enhancing the overall integrity and energy efficiency of your roofing system.

• Carbon Black UV Stabilizers: Integrated into the washer’s composition, Carbon Black UV stabilizers protect against the damaging effects of ultraviolet radiation. This innovative feature extends the life of the washer, ensuring it remains robust and effective even under prolonged exposure to sunlight.

• Effortless Application: Designed to flatten on the surface of insulation, the Thermal-Grip Flat Washer provides a seamless and secure fit. This characteristic not only aids in easy installation but also contributes to a more effective insulation system by minimizing gaps and thermal bridging.

• Enhanced Durability: The flexible perimeter of the washer compresses upon contact with the insulation surface, significantly reducing the risk of tearing. This flexibility, coupled with durability, ensures your insulation remains intact and functional, safeguarding your investment.

• Prevents Fastener Pull-Through: At the heart of its design, the Thermal-Grip Flat Washer features a stiffened center “Bullseye” ring. This critical component prevents fastener pull-through, a common issue in roofing installations, ensuring a secure and stable attachment of insulation materials to the roofing substrate.

• American Made Quality: Proudly manufactured in the USA, the Thermal-Grip Flat Washer is a testament to quality craftsmanship and the commitment to producing durable and reliable roofing solutions.

• Innovative and Protected Design: The unique design of the Thermal-Grip Flat Washer is not only practical but also protected under patents and/or pending patents. This underscores the innovative approach to solving common challenges faced in roofing and insulation installations.
